Terms
Last updated October 6, 2026
These are the terms for buying from MenuDecal. We kept them short and in plain English. By placing an order you agree to them.
What we sell
MenuDecal sells custom vinyl decals with your logo and a QR code that links to your menu. Each set is 1 large 8×10 in window decal and 4 small 3×4 in decals. We ship to US addresses only.
Your artwork
When you send us a logo or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it. We may refuse artwork that is obscene or that appears to infringe someone else's rights. If we refuse your artwork, you get a full refund.
Proofs
We send a digital proof before printing. Nothing prints until you approve it. Please check spelling, logo and menu link carefully, since we print exactly what you approve.
Hosted menu pages
If we build you a menu page (menudecal.com/m/your-name), it is included free for 12 months from your order, including menu updates you send us by email. After 12 months we may ask you to renew, or let the page lapse with 30 days' notice by email. If a page lapses, the QR code will show a simple notice instead of your menu.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include US shipping. Payments are processed securely by Stripe under our billing entity, so the checkout page and your receipt may show that entity's name rather than MenuDecal; your card statement will show a descriptor ending in MENUDECAL.
